We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer solutions in the automotive finance and insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and delivery of finance solutions to customers

  2. Sales and delivery of insurance solutions to customers

  3. Sales and delivery of aftermarket solutions to customers

Administrative Duties:

  1. System processing – stock control

Long-term Objectives:

  1. Take ownership of sales and delivery of finance solutions, insurance solutions, and aftermarket solutions

  2. Assist with vehicle stock control

  3. Meet and exceed monthly performance measures

  4. Drive high conversions and sales rates while prioritizing customer satisfaction

  5. Strengthen relationships between customers and the organization

Requirements:

  1. Strong analytical and decision-making skills

  2. Strong negotiation and closing skills

  3. Ability to think on your feet and outside the box for customers

  4. Strong customer service skills and eagerness to be part of a strong sales team

  5. Ability to double close deals and assist sales consultants

  6. Must be detail-oriented and process-driven

  7. Ability to work autonomously

  8. Ability to work across multiple sites

  9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  10. High level of computer literacy and exposure to Microsoft suite

  11. Hold necessary finance and insurance accreditation or ability to rapidly acquire
