We are seeking a highly motivated Cultural Insight Analyst to join our team. This individual will possess a keen cultural sensibility and be adept at unearthing inspiring cultural insights that drive innovation, creativity, and effectiveness in our ideas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultural Insight Development & Social Listening:
  • Develop sophisticated understanding of brand, digital, and social marketing
  • Deep knowledge of online platforms and social media
  • Connect disparate social data signals and cultural fragments
  • Decode them into powerful, actionable insights
  • Perform deep social listening and parse qualitative observations into compelling narratives
Teamwork and Relationship Management:
  • Exceptional collaborator working seamlessly with strategists and account service teams
  • Co-create frameworks for understanding cultural impact and aligning on methodologies for exploring the fluid nature of online discourse
Cultural Impact & New Business:
  • Serve as an internal authority on social insights and cultural effectiveness
  • Driven by an ongoing commitment to demonstrating the profound value of our work through a nuanced understanding of social dynamics
  • Contribute to new business efforts by showcasing expertise in cultural insight development through thought leadership and pitching
Reporting & Analysis Support:
  • Support various reporting needs
  • Assist with preparation of social effectiveness and insight reports for clients
  • Contribute to internal cultural trend briefings
  • Help compile performance summaries for ongoing campaigns
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience working for a creative agency, research agency, or publisher
  • Strong emphasis on cultural analysis and social insight generation
  • Collaboration with clients and translating complex social insights into strategic recommendations for marketing stakeholders within an organization
  • Functional understanding of social listening and cultural intelligence platforms
