Role Overview

The Human Capital Advisor will provide essential support to the day-to-day operations of the regional HR team, focusing on administrative tasks and process management.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver all people administration activities and transactional processes in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure adherence to local HR compliance standards from a legal perspective.
  • Offer expert advice and guidance across a broad spectrum of people-related matters.
  • Coach managers and colleagues to effectively utilize Workday, adopt established processes, and apply relevant policies and guidelines.
  • Produce reports as needed, incorporating statistics and data to support HR team processes and events.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related field, or proven knowledge and experience.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, enabling the development of strong relationships with regional teams, HR, and business stakeholders.
  • Established experience in handling transactional aspects of HR, encompassing the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing employee relations, particularly in relation to compliance with Fair Work regulations, investigations, and conflict resolution.
