Job Title: Site Operations Manager

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven individual to drive engagement and navigate effectively through change as our Site Operations Manager. This strategic leadership role will leverage effective management of all manufacturing and people operations to deliver best-in-class outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic leadership and management of the end-to-end manufacturing process including project and change management processes.
  • Constructive leadership, building a high performing team of accountable leaders who can deliver business goals through their people.
  • Develop and promote a high standard on all aspects of people and food safety and build, maintain and champion a safety-first culture.
  • Continually pursue options for improved productivity and output through a culture of continuous improvement, organisation alignment and fit-for-purpose systems.
  • Ensuring regular consistent reporting and monitoring at organisation and team level to track progress but also to identify operational gaps and opportunities.

Proven experience in high-volume food manufacturing-ideally in flour, feed, or rice milling-with commissioning new builds seen as a plus. Strong leadership and people management skills are essential, particularly in driving engagement and cultural change in demanding environments.
