Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Portfolio Manager to join our team. As an Insurance Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of insurance clients across multiple sectors.

Your primary objective will be to deliver exceptional client service and maintain trusted relationships with existing clients while proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities.

You will also be responsible for preparing quotes, renewals, and policy documentation with accuracy and efficiency, as well as negotiating with insurers to secure competitive terms and coverage.

To ensure compliance with industry standards and company procedures, you will work closely with other teams to achieve these goals.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, and a proactive, client-focused approach with the ability to build trust and rapport.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification (essential)
  • 4+ years of insurance industry experience (broking)
  • Proven success in managing client portfolios and generating new opportunities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive, client-focused approach with the ability to build trust and rapport
