Transforming residential home builds requires a dedicated professional with exceptional leadership skills. We are seeking an accomplished Construction Supervisor to join our team in the Yarrawonga region on a full-time, ongoing basis.

This pivotal role involves managing a portfolio of new home builds from site start through to the final inspection and maintenance stage. As a Construction Supervisor, your primary focus will be on coordinating trades, establishing a reliable trade base, and ensuring correct building practices and procedures are adhered to at all times.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A proven track record of supervising residential home builds, residential construction experience, and/or a strong trade background
  • A thorough understanding of Australian building regulations, WHS regulations, and Quality Assurance (QA) systems
  • Completed the General Construction Induction Course/White Card and hold a valid driver's license
  • Solid project management skills, including experience in managing and developing a trade network
