Seven Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Senior PMO Consultant to join our team. As a Senior PMO Consultant, you will work directly with our clients to deliver high-quality PMO services. Your responsibilities will include supporting the PMO Manager in establishing and operating the PMO for a project, program, or portfolio, driving improvements and uplifting PMO capabilities, and developing and implementing robust processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and operate the PMO for a project, program, or portfolio
  • Drive improvements and uplift PMO capabilities
  • Develop and implement robust processes
  • Liaise with stakeholders at all levels of the client's organisation
  • Motivate and guide other members of the PMO team

Requirements:

  • Self-starter with proven ability to add value within project, program &/or portfolio PMOs
  • Track record of successfully delivering PMO services for technology projects & programs
  • Proven abilities in establishment and tracking of governance and controls for traditional and agile-run projects/programs/portfolios
  • Solid stakeholder management skills and ability to influence
  • Experience working in different types of PMO is desirable
