Villique, a premium fashion boutique in Toorak, Melbourne, seeks an exceptional retail leader to lead our store with passion and style. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing brand that celebrates fashion-forward thinking and exceptional retail leadership.

The successful candidate will have strong commercial acumen, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to drive sales performance. They will be responsible for leading day-to-day operations, determining product mix, managing stock levels, and setting service standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead day-to-day operations of the boutique, ensuring exceptional customer service and a luxurious in-store experience.
  • Determine optimal product mix, manage stock levels, and set service standards in line with brand expectations.
  • Develop and execute innovative purchasing and marketing strategies to maximise sales and brand visibility.
  • Set competitive pricing while maintaining premium positioning and product integrity.
  • Oversee visual merchandising and store presentation to reflect seasonal trends and brand identity.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure strong commercial performance.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor financial transactions to support strategic planning.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a team culture focused on excellence and customer engagement.
  • Ensure full compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and company policies.

Essential criteria include:

  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to drive sales performance.
  • Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and staff management abilities.

This role requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position. Australia work authorisation is preferred. The successful candidate will work in person and have the potential to earn up to $76,515.00 per year.
