Leadership Opportunity in Fashion Retail
We are seeking an experienced leader to drive sales and achieve financial targets across our Melbourne and interstate stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the region, leading by example and motivating team members to deliver exceptional results.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Engage and develop store teams to drive business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
- Recruit, train and mentor Store Managers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed.
- Monitor finances and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- A strong background in fashion retail, with a proven track record of driving sales and achieving financial targets.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Ability to lead from the front and drive business growth through effective strategy implementation.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding results.
