About this role
The Groundsperson/Maintenance Officer will work under the guidance of an experienced team leader to manage the coordination and maintenance of facilities. They will work autonomously to ensure all facilities and assets are safely functioning and maintained within a best-practice framework.

Duties:

  • Ensure all buildings and properties are maintained to the highest level, including safeguarding against potential damage or loss.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of grounds and gardens.
  • Ensure all company furniture, plant, and equipment assets are properly maintained and safeguarded from any potential damage or loss.
  • Provide quality administrative support to the facilities service provision.
  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks to the Jimbelunga facility.
  • Cultivate productive working relationships at all levels.
