About the Role:
The Central Hub Administration team is responsible for providing clerical, secretariat and back of house support functions to services located at the Central Hub.
About You:
- Experience in a consumer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to vary communication style as required.
- Ability to organise tasks and work environment efficiently with minimal supervision and under conditions of competing demands.
- Excellent data entry skills.
- A competent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Practice working in an organisation delivering health administration/human services to disadvantaged or disabled people.
- Ability to work across 7 day roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
- To provide courteous, efficient and effective care to consumers with mental illness and/or drug and alcohol issues.
- To perform administrative tasks such as data entry, record-keeping and correspondence.
- To maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
- To provide high-quality customer service and respond to inquiries in timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
