Permits and Covenant Coordinator

We are currently seeking a driven and motivated individual with a focus to join our professional Permits Team based at our Robina office on the Gold Coast.
This role is ideal for an individual with strong organizational skills, who is able to read and articulate building plans and specifications. Experience using database systems is an added advantage.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the workflow and management of customer files within the department, including receiving and filing digital surveys from third-party providers, managing the acceptance of drafting/engineering documentation from external providers, and managing the Permits Inbox daily.
