Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly organised and motivated individual to coordinate permits and covenants processes within our team. The successful candidate will have:

  • Relevant experience in a similar role within a time-critical working environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Lodging covenant applications with relevant developers in agreed timeframes
  2. Fulfilling complex job files as identified by management and ensuring documentation is correct and compliant with building approval requirements
  3. Reporting to the Permits, Covenants and Contracts Team Leader and supporting other departments as needed
