Lead Centre Director Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our new early learning centre in Numurkah.

This role involves overseeing all aspects of operations, including compliance, staffing, enrolments, budgets, community engagement, and educational leadership.

The successful candidate will guide and mentor a dedicated team to deliver inclusive, play-based programs under the EYLF, VEYLDF and NQS.

This is an opportunity for a strong leader with:

  • Proven management experience in early childhood education.
  • In-depth knowledge of the NQF, Child Safe Standards, and sector regulations.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence in managing budgets, staffing, and centre operations.

You'll need:

  • Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood (ECT highly regarded).
  • Current Working with Children Check and First Aid.
  • Police Check (and international if required).
  • Additional training in anaphylaxis, asthma, and mandatory reporting (or willingness to obtain).
