About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Client Advocacy Specialist. As a Client Advocacy Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients by providing exceptional support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and develop personalized support plans.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, service providers, and relevant authorities to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes.
  • Promote increased independence and empowerment for clients through effective communication and advocacy.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a related field or a similar role is desirable but not necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • A high degree of empathy and understanding of the needs of people with disabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
