Client Service Specialist

As a Client Service Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for clients at our organisation.
- You will support both current and prospective clients of all ages, discussing their needs and connecting families with the right services.
- Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, problem-solving, discussing client plans, managing incoming calls, and meeting with/onboarding new clients.
This role is based on-site at our centre in Penshurst (with occasional travel requirements to other locations) with a team of 5 specialists and a larger therapy team.
