Job Overview

Key Qualifications
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of corporations law and corporate governance.
  • Proven experience in mergers and acquisitions, buying and selling of businesses, and general commercial transactions.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Minimum 7 years post-qualification experience in the corporate and commercial law space.
