We are seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to join our team at Yotpo Australia in Sydney. As an Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the setup of our products, including building initial program strategies, integrations, training, testing, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for customers from deployment through to launch, ensuring a successful implementation of our products.
- Oversee the technical setup for customers, ensuring efficiency and adherence to project plans and timelines.
- Conduct training and education sessions for customers via phone and videoconference to help them effectively use our products.
- Provide strategic guidance on initial program strategies and campaigns using our products.
- Continuously improve and scale the Yotpo implementation process.
- Act as the liaison between customers and our sales, product, support, professional services, and customer success teams to address roadblocks and solutions during onboarding.
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Strong relationship management skills and ability to communicate effectively with VP- and C-suite leaders.
- Ability to manage simultaneous software implementations for multiple clients.
- Research, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills to resolve complex software issues.
- Project management skills to create organized plans that ensure customer success post-onboarding.
- Ability to accurately synthesize client requests and questions, convey them to cross-functionally stakeholders, and work together to move implementations along.
- Work with a dynamic and innovative team in a leading company in the industry.
