Role Overview

As a Storeperson, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of lubricants and providing exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate delivery of lubricants
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers
  • Support the Depot Manager, Scheduler, and other depot staff
  • Schedule the local Lubricants Truck
  • Lubricant inventory administration and processing responsibilities
  • Assist with loading and unloading of packaged lubricants
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Administration or a similar role
  • Forklift license required
  • HR or LR license minimum
  • Strong background in Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc)
  • Experience in administration/warehousing
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task & meet deadlines
  • Initiative and problem-solving abilities
