We are seeking a talented and experienced User Experience Lead to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about designing and delivering seamless user experiences that meet the needs of our customers.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of industry best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to lead the design and implementation of user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading the development of user experience strategies and roadmaps
  • Designing and implementing user-centered solutions that meet business objectives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure user experience is integrated throughout the DevOps pipeline
  • Conducting user research and testing to inform design decisions
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge of information architecture and minimum data set through user experience design
  • Managing user experience across the full development lifecycle
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline
  • Significant experience leading and delivering user experience
  • Practical experience creating prototypes, wireframes, user flows, and mock-ups
  • History of leading user experience research and testing
  • Knowledge of information architecture and minimum data set through user experience design
  • Experience managing user experience across the full development lifecycle
  • Proactive, solutions-focused attitude
  • Sound negotiating and influencing skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively
  • Well-developed communication skills
