As a Human Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering timely and accurate employee onboarding services to all customers. Your role will involve providing expert advice and guidance on employment matters, processing changes to employment conditions, building collaborative relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with employment law and industry requirements.

This is an exciting opportunity for a solutions-focused professional who is passionate about making a difference in the HR space. You will have previous experience in an employment administration and advice role, with a good working knowledge of employment law and industrial instruments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and make a positive contribution in a team environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and sound judgement and decision-making skills are also highly valued.
