Customer Service Representative

We are seeking an exceptional customer service representative to join our team at Brisbane Airport. As a key member of our store staff, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences and ensuring the store is always clean, stocked, and welcoming for our guests.

About the Role

This fast-paced role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and effective time management. You will be working in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same, and your enthusiasm and energy will be contagious.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest queries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, effectively promoting our wide range of products and specials
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be comfortable working in a team environment, and have the availability to work flexible hours (including late nights, early mornings, and weekends). You will also need to be willing to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.

Requirements
  • Australian citizenship or the right to work in Australia
  • Current police clearance certificate
