Virgin Australia seeks a talented individual to lead the Airport Experience team at Brisbane Airport as a Crew Culture Manager.

Key responsibilities include leading large teams of up to 600 members, navigating complex HR issues, building strong relationships with unions, and staying calm under pressure.

Requirements for this role include:

  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Management or equivalent leadership experience
  • Proven experience in industrial and employee relations, including case management and workplace legislation
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues and build respectful relationships with unions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
