We are seeking a Medical Receptionist with exceptional customer service skills to work in a busy healthcare facility.

Duties include:

  • Welcoming patients with a warm smile and outstanding customer service
  • Assisting with incoming and outgoing phone calls
  • Managing and scheduling patient appointments and data entry
  • Providing administrative support to the clinical team as required
  • Maintaining cleanliness of treatment rooms
  • Providing medical assistance where required within scope of receptionist role

  • Able to work varied shifts including mornings and afternoons
  • A willingness to learn and display initiative
  • Time management, Ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • Neat and professional presentation
  • Basic Computer Skills (We will train you to use of Medical software)
