Job Opportunity
We are seeking a Medical Receptionist with exceptional customer service skills to work in a busy healthcare facility.
Duties include:
- Welcoming patients with a warm smile and outstanding customer service
- Assisting with incoming and outgoing phone calls
- Managing and scheduling patient appointments and data entry
- Providing administrative support to the clinical team as required
- Maintaining cleanliness of treatment rooms
- Providing medical assistance where required within scope of receptionist role
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills and a confident, courteous phone manner
- Compassionate and caring in nature
- Able to work varied shifts including mornings and afternoons
- A willingness to learn and display initiative
- Time management, Ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Neat and professional presentation
- Basic Computer Skills (We will train you to use of Medical software)
