Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook all food orders with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Ensure that all food is stored and handled in accordance with current food health and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Monitor daily kitchen food product requirements and advise the supervisor accordingly.
- Assist in menu preparation and ensure adequate supplies are available for expected service.
- Chef trade qualification.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Impeccable knife skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
