Retail ERP Technical Specialist

A rare opportunity has emerged for a skilled ERP Technical Specialist to join a rapidly expanding Retail organisation with a global presence spanning 32 countries and over 700 stores worldwide.
The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and integration support for the company's existing and upcoming business systems, which include point-of-sale (POS), enterprise resource planning (ERP), ecommerce, warehouse management, finance, and reporting systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer technical support and integration services for complex issues escalated to the Business Systems team.
- Provide expert-level knowledge of ERP systems and experience working in retail environments with exposure to POS, ERS, and Supply Chain.
- Develop strong troubleshooting skills with attention to detail and ability to deep dive into data using MS-SQL Server and SSRS/SSIS querying techniques.
