Role Overview

As the Data Management Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive data governance framework across various systems. This involves leading a team of analysts to improve data quality and processes, managing data requests, and overseeing data cleansing efforts.

  • Develop and implement data standards, validation rules, and KPIs to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Lead initiatives to automate the creation and maintenance of master data.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or a related field, along with 3+ years of experience in data governance or business systems. Previous experience within a similar-sized logistics or transport business is essential.
