Job Title

A key role in our Client Success team is available for a skilled Operations Specialist.

Description

Our Client Success specialists play a crucial part in delivering an exceptional product experience to our clients. They provide the expertise, insights, and guidance needed for clients to effectively manage their investor marketing strategy and shareholder engagement.

We are committed to building a world-class Client Success function. Our CS Ops Specialists support CSMs in managing client tasks, data administration, and other value-creation activities. This is not a client-facing role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative functions such as data entry to support team and company projects related to client operations;
  • Liaise with vendor-partners to deliver data projects;
  • Analyse and understand data to make informed decisions based on predefined rules;
  • Write simple SQL queries for reporting;
  • Manage the creation of investor marketing collateral using Canva and AI tools;
  • Independently own the hygiene and accuracy of internal systems used by the CS function;
  • Other duties as required by the business.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 1 year's experience in an operations or delivery capacity, ideally in a fast-growing technology startup.

You will need:

  • Strong data literacy and analysis skills;
  • Exceptional project management and administration skills;
  • Basic design skills and familiarity with writing AI prompts;
  • SQL/Metabase literacy (nice-to-have) or the ability to quickly learn and gain proficiency;
  • Immaculate attention to detail - we require employees who can deliver high-quality work consistently;
  • A learning mindset and entrepreneurial spirit to develop creative solutions to problems.
The Journey

In the first 3 months, you will become an expert in our product offering and processes.

Within 6 months, you will contribute to the strategy for the Client Success team and work collaboratively with the team in defining new processes and best practices.
