About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Property Manager to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 120 properties, providing exceptional customer service, and working closely with our clients to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of 120 properties, ensuring timely and efficient processing of maintenance orders, lease renewals, and arrears management.
  • Process and follow up on maintenance orders, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
  • Issue leases and conduct exit reports, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Liaise with owners and tenants, providing excellent communication and customer service.
  • Manage arrears and ensure timely payment of rent.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in property management.
  • Current QLD Certificate of Registration.
  • A current driver's license.
  • An excellent problem solver with strong communication skills.
  • The ability to work from home and autonomously without supervision.
  • Hard-working and honest work ethic, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results.
