About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Residential Digital Quality Manager to assist in managing our digital valuation expansion. The successful candidate will play a key role in achieving operational and service excellence aligned to client expectations and company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of new initiatives and business plan requirements.
- Coach, train, and mentor Valuers to ensure a client-focused team meeting customer expectations and compliance.
- Complete and review valuation reports/assessments to improve quality assurance, limit business risk, and increase customer satisfaction.
- Complete valuation audits to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Identify areas within the valuation business where quality control and compliance measures are required.
Requirements:
- CPV qualified with at least 5 years of industry experience.
- Strong knowledge base and understanding of the residential property industry.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Quick decision making.
- Exceptional customer service and stakeholder communication.
- A passion for property and an ambitious and positive attitude for technology.
