About the Role
This role will be based in Mackay QLD and is responsible for providing high-quality valuation reports in a timely manner for a diversified asset market in the residential space. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills to ensure smooth and timely outcomes for clients while effectively managing business opportunities and achieving personal annual budgets.
About You
We are seeking a driven professional with highly developed residential valuation skills, exceptional communication, and business development skills. You will have a strong client network and commitment to professional development, together with:
- A degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
- CPV status combined with significant experience in the residential valuation space
- Strong attention to detail, report writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication
