About the Role

This role will be responsible for providing high-quality valuation reports in a timely manner.

Excellent communication skills are required to ensure smooth and timely outcomes for clients while effectively managing business opportunities and achieving personal annual budgets.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in the further development of our Residential Valuation offering.

Key responsibilities include property inspections, research, and preparation of property sales and data, as well as report preparation in accordance with relevant legislation and professional association standards.

About You

We are seeking driven professionals with highly developed residential valuation skills, exceptional communication, and business development skills.

The ideal candidate will have a strong client network and commitment to professional development, together with:

  • A degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
  • CPV status combined with significant experience in the residential valuation space
  • Strong attention to detail, report writing, and analytical skills
