Your Role
  • Support the management of daily operations in multiple food and beverage outlets
  • Collaborate with senior staff to develop strategies for improving service quality and efficiency
  • Supervise and mentor colleagues, ensuring adherence to service standards and company policies
  • Work closely with other hotel departments to create new product and service offerings
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Assist in organizing and executing special events and promotions
  • Maintain excellent relationships with vendors and suppliers
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, including wine and beverage service
  • Proven experience with point of sale systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong understanding of inventory management and cost control principles
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certification
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous while focusing on guest needs
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences
