
Clinical Care Director

This position is responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality care to residents in a 144-bed aged care facility.
The successful candidate will utilize clinical knowledge and assessment skills to drive positive outcomes for residents and provide leadership and oversight to ensure effective care planning and delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic clinical leadership and oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure effective care planning and delivery
- Support staff supervision, development, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Registered Nurse qualification with current AHPRA registration
- 2+ years experience as a Healthcare Manager or similar role in a large aged care environment
- Excellent and up-to-date clinical knowledge and assessment skills
