Customer Acquisition Specialist Role

This position focuses on building customer relationships and expanding the sales portfolio in the hospitality wholesale sector.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong connections with existing customers to comprehend their requirements;
  • Identify new business opportunities and acquire new customers within the region;
  • Develop a thorough understanding of customer needs and provide solutions that meet these demands;
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide competitive quotations;
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow a regular call plan;
  • Travel to north and central QLD for monthly alternating customer visits;
  • Collaborate with peer group and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in sales or account management, preferably in the hospitality supplies, FMCG, or food & beverage sector;
  • Demonstrated understanding or practical experience in the hospitality industry;
  • Highly motivated individual with a proven ability to develop new business and win new accounts;
  • Proactive, reliable, well-organized, and capable of working autonomously;
  • Strong communication skills and computer literacy;
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to spend approximately 2-3 nights away from home per month.
