Retail Store Manager Position

This challenging role requires a strong leader to manage a team and drive sales through effective merchandising and stock management.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Retail Store or Assistant Manager within high-volume retailing, with excellent people leadership skills and a deep understanding of retail operations and management.

Responsibilities include leading a team of up to 10 employees, driving sales through hands-on management of store operations, and maintaining the company's reputation for excellence within the local community.
