Job Description

The Innovation and Performance Partner plays a pivotal role in driving enhanced organisational performance through strategic service reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive organisational performance and continuous improvement initiatives by collaborating with stakeholders to identify service optimisation opportunities.
  • Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver value-creating initiatives, leveraging expertise in business analysis and facilitation.
  • Analyse and synthesise information effectively to inform strategic decisions and drive business excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • Degree qualifications in Business, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a similar role within a large organisation.
  • Extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams to drive business transformation and service optimisation.
  • Proven ability to foster an integrated approach to business excellence and continuous improvement, enabling service optimisation and transformation across the organisation.
