Regional Operations Manager

Infinite Aged Care is a leading provider of residential aged care services, with a strong presence in Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia, and soon to be Victoria. We are seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to join our team and contribute to our growth strategy in the Victorian market.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the operational leadership team in establishing our Melbourne-based facilities and growing the local team.
- Drive multi-site operational excellence, service experience, innovation, business growth, and team engagement.
- Support change management and drive standardisation across our Victorian facilities.
- Embed internal quality standards, policies, and procedures for the new facilities based on the Infinite way.
- Collaborate with operational leaders, business partners, and stakeholders to achieve business outcomes and successful change management.
We are looking for a highly collaborative and transformational leader with diverse aged care multi-site operational leadership and capabilities. The ideal candidate will have:
Strategic thinking skills to translate integrated business plans and service expectations into operational excellence.Brown, greenfield, and acquisition operational experience in aged care to ensure seamless and successful delivery of care and service excellence.Experience across all areas of facility operations, including administration, clinical care, property maintenance, catering, hotel services, and resident engagement and wellbeing.Project management, change management, internal and external stakeholder management, vendor management, and strong community relations experience.A thorough understanding of sector regulatory and compliance changes and their impact on operational protocols and outcomes.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact with multi-cultural staff, residents, families, and key stakeholders.What We OfferInfinite Aged Care offers a dynamic and inclusive work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
