Regional Operations Manager

The Role
The Regional Operations Manager is responsible for the leadership of our facilities, including 8 seasonal outdoor pools. Through the leadership and development of venue managers and their teams, you will be accountable for operational performance, utilizing exceptional leadership skills to motivate professionals.
You will develop and execute plans through engagement with the leadership team to ensure consistent quality services and programs to each local community.
This role includes oversight of operations at multiple facilities, including Loddon Shire and Pyrenees Shire.
About You
You will demonstrate a successful track record in business growth, community activation, and aquatic facility management. You will continue to develop relationships with the community, local council partners, and stakeholders to drive success through engagement and development of people.
Inherent in the role is the commitment to ethical practices, fostering strong team motivation, and reinforcing the Belgravia Leisure values. To be considered for this role, you will be a seasoned and professional manager who leads with vision and energy, with extensive experience in commercial/business management, preferably from within the leisure, fitness, aquatic, or facility management sector.
The ideal candidate will have a strong strategic development and business planning background, with the ability to engage and develop lasting, positive relationships with staff and stakeholders. A true people leader, you will be able to share insights into how you have successfully shaped high-performance teams in your career.
