Position Overview:
Step into an exciting role as the Regional Operations Supervisor for Used Equipment. This position immerses you in the machinery sector, where you will oversee operational functions, repairs, and cost management within our Remarketing division. Your objective is to enhance machine standards, increase market value, and improve profit margins while collaborating closely with our Rental department.
Based in a central location, your responsibilities will cover the processing of used equipment, leading repair initiatives, conducting quality evaluations, and engaging with clients. Additionally, you will extend our services to clients in surrounding regions, ensuring their equipment requirements are met effectively.
With expertise in efficient equipment planning, customer-oriented collaboration, and meticulous record-keeping, you will maintain a well-organized sales yard that meets safety regulations. You will also monitor workshop activities for compliance, identify performance gaps, and recommend training for staff to optimize team performance.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Qualifications:
- Trade or Engineering qualifications with relevant experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of Komatsu and other equipment brands.
- Experience in developing repair quotes and cost estimates.
- Proficient in project planning, prioritization, and coordination.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
- Strong negotiation skills and leadership capabilities.
- Safety-conscious with experience in developing safety protocols.
