Job Opportunity

We are opening a newly renovated store in Erina and excited to launch with Coffee & breakfast from the first week of August.

The Role:

As a Sales and Food Preparation Crew Member, you will be the face of our restaurant, greeting customers, taking orders, problem-solving, and providing expertise on custom food designs. You'll have the opportunity to recommend products, add-ons, and promote your favourite menu items with new and repeat guests.

With some training and time, you'll become a specialist in all things related to customer service and food preparation, be depended upon as the critical connector between our customers and kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer experience
  • Take orders and operate point-of-sale system efficiently
  • Prepare food and drinks to high standards
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Work effectively as part of a cohesive team
Requirements:
  • High school education or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience in hospitality is preferred but not essential
  • Australian driver's licence is preferred but not required
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
