Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Pindara Private Hospital. This is a casual opportunity available for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of our hospital cafe, including preparation and selling of coffee, tea and other beverages, as well as basic food preparation.
To maintain our high-quality standards, this role involves ensuring cleanliness and adhering to required food safety, infection control and hospital standards.
Main Responsibilities- Cleaning and sanitizing workstations and food court areas;
- Providing fast, friendly and exceptional customer service;
- Displaying a strong level of team commitment whilst also having the ability to work autonomously where required.
- Previous Experience within the hospitality industry, in particular a fast-paced café setting;
- Barista experience desirable;
- Experience in food and beverage preparation;
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when required.
