We are seeking experienced individuals to prepare a variety of dishes, salads and sandwiches for food preparation.

The Role

This is an opportunity to work independently with strong time management skills in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

  • Prepare high-quality meals and snacks for internal and external clients
  • Maintain accurate records of food temperatures to ensure customer safety
  • Deliver exceptional service standards in the service area
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals
  • Develop and maintain high standards of presentation and quality in all aspects of food preparation
The Ideal Candidate

Applicants should possess:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or environment
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen procedures and equipment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with colleagues and clients
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a dynamic environment
  • Reliability, organisation, and passion for delivering high-quality results

Knowledge of micros POS system would be beneficial, but not essential. What's more important is your ability to thrive in a busy kitchen environment and deliver excellent customer service.
