  • Incident Resolution: Serve as a point of escalation within the team to ensure incidents are resolved efficiently and effectively, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
  • Training Development: Develop training processes and materials to support the handover from implementation to production BAU, ensuring knowledge transfer and skills development.
  • Lifecycle Promotion: Promote and mature our development lifecycle, including architectural and process standards, source control, automated testing, and deployment pipelines, driving continuous improvement and excellence.

Essential Experience and Skills:

  • Proficiency in HL7 and DICOM standards and protocols, with a strong understanding of their application in healthcare and medical imaging.
  • Understanding of Nextgen Mirth Connect, with experience in integrating with various systems and technologies.
  • Solid understanding of Enterprise Integration Patterns, and/or API management and strategies, with a focus on scalability and reliability.
  • Strong working knowledge of JavaScript and/or Java, with experience in developing robust and efficient software solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate technical details to a diverse audience.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with other object-oriented programming languages, such as C# or Python.
  • Experience in troubleshooting complex HL7 and DICOM workflows, with a focus on root cause analysis and resolution.
  • Experience working on Linux platforms, with a strong understanding of their configuration and management.
  • Understanding of software development methodologies and design patterns, with a focus on Agile and DevOps principles.
  • Experience in integrating with monitoring and ticketing systems, with a focus on automation and efficiency.
