The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager to lead our multidisciplinary team at headspace Goulburn and Yass. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient, effective, safe, and high-quality management and clinical service delivery consistent with best practice guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and guidance to the headspace Goulburn and Yass team
- Develop and implement strategies to improve health outcomes for young people
- Collaborate with external stakeholders to contribute to the development of person-centered, recovery-focused, evidence-based, and innovative clinical and psychosocial services
- Manage and maintain team performance, ensuring role clarity and accountability
- Current full AHPRA registration as a clinical psychologist, registered psychologist, registered mental health nurse, or occupational therapist
- Understanding of the Australian health care system and key issues relevant to primary health care, particularly in relation to the health and wellbeing needs of young people living with mental health and/or substance use problems
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish partnerships with a range of service providers and organisations
- Demonstrated skills in health services management, including planning for and delivering on team objectives and deliverables
- Full-time opportunities with the option for a Rostered Day Off each month
- Salary packaging of up to $15,900 in living expenses and an additional benefit of up to $2,650 in meals and entertainment
