About the Role:

Charterhouse is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Revenue Clerk to join our team in Goulburn. The successful candidate will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to members of the public for charges related to Ambulance services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts receivable invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Respond to customer enquiries over the phone and via email in a professional and courteous manner
  • Prepare reports and monthly statements for customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Follow up on outstanding accounts to ensure prompt payment
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring efficient and effective data management

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to provide high-level customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
