Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expertise on both new and existing product offerings.
  • Oversee the current customer portfolio and drive business growth through relationship-based selling.
  • Proactively pursue opportunities to expand market reach, boost revenue, and enhance profit margins, ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate with consultants, project managers, government entities, and internal account teams.
  • Organize and execute regular customer engagement cycles to elevate the company’s profile and product awareness within your assigned region.
  • Design and implement promotional initiatives.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and enhance business performance.
  • Work alongside the sales team to develop effective marketing strategies.
  • Identify and cultivate new business prospects and clientele.
  • Manage customer grievances effectively to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Deliver technical assistance to the existing customer base.
