About You

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Operations Specialist who has a high level of communication skills and a strong ability to deliver value to customers. You will have a strong understanding of safe working rules applicable to the Networks over which Bulk Central operate.

Key Requirements:

  • Locomotive driving and/or Shunt qualifications
  • Training & Assessing CERT IV, working towards or prepared to attain
  • Cert IV Frontline Management or equivalent
  • Safe working Rules applicable to the Networks over which Bulk Central operate
  • Implementing, leading by example, improving, and maintaining a safety-based culture
