About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to drive our global retail marketing initiatives across physical and digital channels. This key role will lead strategy, creative development, and execution of marketing campaigns for new product launches.

The ideal candidate will prepare engaging materials for new products, category initiatives, and digital services that convert consumers along the path to purchase. They will manage marketing content for the Breville & Sage brands, ensuring all creative assets align with our global brand strategy.

  • Creative Strategy: Develop and execute marketing strategies for new product launches, including briefs, tracking progress, and on-brand execution.
  • Project Management: Oversee end-to-end project management for all retail marketing projects, managing internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality assets on time and within budget.
  • POS Development: Create global POS support collateral for each NPD launch to enhance brand visibility and premium retail execution.
  • Global Category Initiatives: Drive category growth for key categories through innovative marketing initiatives.
  • Regional Support: Present marketing campaigns to regional stakeholders, meeting regularly to align on local market launch strategies and adapt creative content.
Qualifications and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Marketing qualifications and 5+ years of experience in a consumer product or similar marketing role.
  • Effective agency relationship management.
  • High attention to detail, copywriting, and proofreading skills.
  • Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and across functions.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, managing both global and regional stakeholders.
  • Experience with Project Management platforms such as JIRA, Confluence, or Notion is desirable.
