Lead Business Project Coordinator

About the Role- Work across various industries to manage diverse projects and support programs of work.
- Deliver within complex client engagements and assist leadership with client relationship management.
- Support the engagement lead to build our presence within a client or multiple clients, while taking advantage of professional development opportunities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of key initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and define business requirements.
- Operate within Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid frameworks.
- Develop epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability matrices.
- Create a business case, product roadmap, and customer journey.
- Analyze and develop options papers and recommendations.
- Provide task and project estimates, assist with backlog grooming, and run Scrum ceremonies and stand-ups.
- Analyze and develop organizational change plans.
- Conduct process and gap analysis.
- Train users on new processes and systems.
- Plan, oversee, and contribute to system and user acceptance testing.
- Assist with post-implementation support.
- Minimum 5 years of business analyst experience.
- Australian citizenship is required.
- Power App/Power Platform experience is necessary.
- A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required.
- Certifications in Agile, SAFe, IIBA, or BABok are beneficial.
